1.Good Knowledge in all Indian Dishes.
2.Plan and design menus. - Indenting , maintaining food cost report, man-power planning, preparing duty rota etc.
3.Need to handle the Department in absence of Executive chef/Sous chef.
Requirements:
Need to have at least 3 years related cooking experience in North Indian Cuisine, need to do cooking, assistant cooking and other general work requested by the manager, good attitude, hardworking, positive, willing to follow the company's management.
