Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.
- Preventive Maintenance planning & break down maintenance of Mechanical Utilities like Boilers, VAM, chillers, pumps, compressors, cooling towers heat Exchangers, condensers, D.G.Set, R.O.plant, AHU.
- Resource (Manpower/Spares/tools/time) planning & scheduling for preventive as well as Breakdown maintenance.
- Coordinate & Manage multiskilled team of technicians.
- Coordinate with contract service providers and OEM teams to troubleshoot critical issues related to plant electrical & mechanical breakdowns.
- FMEA & Root cause analysis for all major & frequent failures.
- Ensure 100 % maintenance documentation & preventive action plan implementation.
- Maintenance & safety audits of plant.
- Identify potential cost saving areas & undertaking innovative projects to increase productivity and cost reduction.
- Energy planning & Energy audits for effective energy utilization.
- Spare part management and technical purchase for plant machinery & spares.
- Spare consumption tracking.
- Revenue Budget formulation
- New Local Vendor development & sourcing.
- Technical comparisons and Commercial negotiations for equipment selection & decision making.
- Must have valid passport .
- Ready to relocate to DR Congo .
- Candidates from beverage plant would added an advantage .
- Candidate should have experience in handling of machineries such as (At least experience in few) :
- CO2 Plant
- Boiler
- Blowing Machines.
- Monobloc Filling Lines.
- Chilling Plant.
- Water Treatment Plant.
- Shrink Wrapping Machines.
