Candidate shall be engineering degree holder, more than 7 years experience in construction & Maintenance Company, knowledge of materials used in construction (civil/elect/mech). 

Good English communicative skills, and good commanding power to be Head of Dept. with minimum 5 years G.C.C experience in Overseas and local procurement.
