JOB SUMMARY
The Project Architect is the sole responsible person for all Architectural and Finishing Jobs of the project. It is the fundamental duty for the Project Architect to ensure the most efficient utilization of all available resources in the completion of the Project.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
The Project Architect will have to mainly generate and submit all work reports to the Construction Manager. Moreover the Project Architect is expected to utilize the Auto Cad Technician provided as seen fit, to accomplish all Job Functions. Communication with several other Project personnel is also expected as required.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1, To study of architectural plan, elevations and sections, in order to identify any necessary modifications. 10%
2, To communicate any identified issues with design to Clients Architect, and obtain necessary approval for design revision. 5%
3, To submit all proposed design modifications and revisions to the Construction Manager for official Client Approval. 10%
4, To report and guide the Construction Manager on all site coordination issues. 10%
5, To brief all Project Engineers with the details of works related to all Architectural and Finishing jobs. 15%
6, To oversee and ensure that the execution of all Architectural and Finishing works is as per approved Drawings. 15%
7, To inspect and generate a final report of the executed jobs. 5%
8, To prepare as built drawings at every stage of the Project. 15%
9, To verify and compare the project specifications to the executed works. 15%
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To submit and gain approval of all finalized architectural materials.
2. To ensure the procurement of architectural materials as per quality and within budget in coordination with the Procurement Manager.
3. To perform other duties as assigned by Construction Manager.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
The Project Architect will be provided with a Site Office for organizing and compiling of all project drawings. The job involves regular visits to the site and material stores.
