Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.
- Source CVs from all possible resources; such as Career Portals, External Web Job Portals, Advertisement, Freelance candidates emails, referrals, walk-ins, and on some cases also CVs from Agencies, etc.
- Review CVs, evaluate, pre-interview as deemed necessary.
- Arrange CV
- transmittal for all Shortlisted CVs with PIFs to be sent to the requesting Department for final review.
- Arrange interview for all candidates passed final CV screening.
- Any selected candidates for hiring thereafter will be coordinated with the Recruitment Unit Head and HR Recruiting Team to arrange appropriate employment offers.
- Maintain candidates status, tracking and monitoring report for all shortlisted candidates.
- Prepare Recruitment reports as and whenever required by the Recruitment Unit Head.
- Perform any other tasks as required by the Recruitment Unit Head
- Interacts with all prospective candidates shortlisted from various sources.
- Interacts will all Department Heads, Unit Heads and Interview Committee.
- Work closely with the Recruitment Unit Head and the rest of Recruitment Team.
