Experience: 7 to 10 yrs.
-Lead a small team in Hong Kong to organize and lead the new product development and inclusion in global portfolio through coordination with regional business development, marketing, regulatory and technical development teams.
-Participate and contribute in research and development investment optimization and intangible asset program of the Company.
-Monitor and follow execution of defined third party joint development projects.
Provide market and key` projects analysis and report on regular basis for management review.
-Perform ad hoc assignments as required

B.Sc (Agriculture),B.E. (Agriculture),Management (IRMA),MBA,PG-(Rural Development)/Rural Management
Total Yrs of Experience : - 7-10 yrs
Candidate Profile : -
Excellent command in spoken and written English.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Proficiency in using MS Excel.
Overseas travel is required.
Minimum 7 years experience in business development / marketing / sales in agrochemical industry, of which 2 years or above at supervisory level.
