Experience: 4 to 8 yrs.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 2-5 years' related experience in a Process Improvement/Industrial Engineering position within the garment manufacturing industry
- Proven experience with cost saving measures and reducing waste in a greenfield environment
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures or time study data
- Ability to effectively present information to management and employees within the organization
Textile (Manufacture of Suits, Jackets, trousers, waistcoats and overcoats)
Develop ways to increase productivity, maximize efficiency, and manage human capital more effectively.
Perform regular time study and provide recommendations when needed.
Study and help to optimize methods of business organization.
Design production planning and control systems.
Design methods to ensure quality of products.
Prepare operation bulletin as and when required.
Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review.
Formulate sampling procedures and designs and develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
Realign machine flow for productivity.
- Strong communication skills English must be perfect.
- Good team spirit.
- Confidence to liaise with colleagues, customers and overseas customers.
- Team Player.
