Minimum Criteria for All Personnel:
All candidates shall be capable in both written and verbal English for communications.
Candidates shall be familiar with personal computers and office and engineering applications software related to his/her discipline (e.g. MS Office Applications, GIS Software, CAD software, Planning software etc.
