Working with the IT manager, the integration manager, the ERP project manager to ensure that the integration project meets business needs.
Working with the training Manager and understand ERP course offerings, help maintain a role-based curriculum for people using the system.
Managing the business analysis and deployment process for the regional offices and serve as the point of contact for these stakeholders.
Engaging new regional offices: explain ERP functionality, and the business analysis and deployment processes; and work with the new regional offices to execute these processes
Creating and maintaining a product roadmap, which includes: closeout of Phases 1 & 2 (if required), regional deployments, ERP upgrades, requests from the business for additional functionality
Representing EPR to each business owner; gather additional requirements and integrate them into the product roadmap
Working with the business owners to optimize how ERP is supporting their business needs (i.e. continuous improvement)
