Experience: 15 to 20 yrs.
- Implement HSEMS System at Project Site.
- Review and Reporting of HSE performance to Client, Corporate and Project Directors office.
-Establish robust Contractor HSE management system.
- Ability to develop and deliver HSE Training and Assessment Programmes
- Ensure international safety, health and environment standards during project execution.
- Assess and conduct incident investigations, risk assessment and job hazard analysis as per site requirements.
- Ensure that all hazardous & non-hazardous wastes are tracked and reported in a timely manner by user department.
- Assist & suggest in the management of Personal Protective Equipment, all Portable Equipments and other equipments , devices, deemed necessary for site operations
- Lead, Train & Motivate a team comprising of diverse demography, cultures & socio economic backgrounds.
- Support Companywide / Corporate HSE initiatives
- Should have NEBOSH Certification.
- Should be Lead Auditor Certified for OHSAS 18001 and ISO14001 Standards
- Should have adequate experience in working at International sites.
- Should have demonstrated leadership skills & multi-tasking skills.
- Should have manpower management skills.
- Should have fluency in English and working knowledge in French & Arabic Language
- Should have handled construction project HSE
- Should have knowledge on HSE requirements for inspection of Material Handling and Lifting Equipments.
