Qualification: Post Graduate/Post Graduate Diploma In Marketing

Work Experience : Minimum 5 years experience in sales & marketing work in the cement industry .

Linguistic Skills : Manageable knowledge of Portuguese will be an added advantage.

Job Description :

1. Directing the management of the company sales team.
2. Developing a strong and robust distributor network across the target sales area.
3. Setting and achieving budgeted sales volumes.
4. Achieving budgeted revenue levels.
5. Identifying market demand trends.
6. Analyzing and reporting competitor actions and sales trends.
7. Preparing sales budgets and forecasts.
8. Control of customers to credit terms and collection of bad debts.
9. Advice pricing policy.
10. Develop sales and marketing strategy.
11. Develop advertising and marketing strategy and implement.
12. Preparation of daily and weekly sales reports, weekly summary reports and deviation to budget analysis, budget and forecast preparation.
