• Candidate should be well versed with the project management of the school and Liasoning with all external / internal/ statutory bodies for the compliances and their implementation within the defined time parameters.
• Develop new strategies for the on-going school excellence.
• Build and Manage Teams.
• The candidate should be able to allign the school to the common vision of the management.
• Ensuring the implementation of the daily operations and review the performance and to ensure their adherance to all the quality parameters along with the review of the financial performance and their efficiency.
• Ensuring the designing and documentation of all intellectual properties created as part of the projects.
• To keep updated on the best practices in education around the world through research.

The candidate should be a PHD in management or related areas from a reputed institution /University with minimum 20 years experience in teaching,research and academic administration .Preffered age 45- 50 years
