Sales Manager for Sona Group, Nigeria

Experience: 8 to 13 yrs.


  • Effective implementation of companys sales strategies in existing as well as new markets.
  • Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable Distributors networks, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach
  • Guiding and training distribution partners to accomplish set revenue and business targets.
  • Evaluating performance & monitoring channel sales and marketing activities.
  • Lead and effectively develop sales team for existing markets and launching in new markets and new products
  • Prepare sales forecast, Indent, sales promotion, set and achieve sales targets and provide support on other related activities.
  • Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of production targets
  • Should have at least 8 years experience in sales & marketing profile.
  • Should be from snacks/ Biscuits division.
  • Be able to Plan and execute new strategies for expanding products market and growth.
  • Must be proficient in spoken and written English language.
  • Must have valid passport and ready to relocate to Nigeria
