Experience: 8 to 13 yrs.
- Effective implementation of companys sales strategies in existing as well as new markets.
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable Distributors networks, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach
- Guiding and training distribution partners to accomplish set revenue and business targets.
- Evaluating performance & monitoring channel sales and marketing activities.
- Lead and effectively develop sales team for existing markets and launching in new markets and new products
- Prepare sales forecast, Indent, sales promotion, set and achieve sales targets and provide support on other related activities.
- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of production targets
- Should have at least 8 years experience in sales & marketing profile.
- Should be from snacks/ Biscuits division.
- Be able to Plan and execute new strategies for expanding products market and growth.
- Must be proficient in spoken and written English language.
- Must have valid passport and ready to relocate to Nigeria
