 University degree and extensive experience in refinery/petrochemical industry
 Professional qualification is an advantage
 10 yrs relevant work experience with technical roles
 Ability in coaching, feedback and development practices
 Excellent commanding power with extensive knowledge of internal department coordination
 English fluent
