Designation : Motor Mechanics for Oil & Gas Industry

1. Basic Function: Carries out independently Repair/ maintenance
2. Minimum Experience: 5 YEARS
3. well experience in alignment works
4. fitment and repair of mechanical seals
5. Bearing fixing / replacment
6. MUST have Good Experience in Power Plant /DESALINATION/DISTILLAER /UTILITY /Oil/ Gas/
7. Able to read drawings/ procedures
8. Also Should have
a) working knowledge in ebara/ throshima/ flow serve/ ksb/Sulzer make brine re circulation pumps /distillate / sea water supply /lime dosing/pump
b) experience in big vertical pumps--- minimum delivery pipe size 350 mm and heavy duty pumps
c) good knowledge in measuring instruments
d) Good Experience In Vibration Measurement Skills
e) Check the wear ring clearances
f) Rigging knowledge
