Oracle Developer for Namibia

Job Description:

• Minimum 4 years work experience on Oracle Forms and Reports (9i and 10G), SQL and PL/SQL on Linux and Solaris Environments.
• Having strong experience in Oracle development tools PL/SQL, Oracle reports, XML/BI Publisher.
• Having Experience in the complete project life-cycle; Analysis, Documentation, Design (ERDs), Development Implementation, Enhancement and Support of projects.
• Strong exposure in writing Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers and other database objects using SQL and PL/SQL. 
• Experience of tools like SQL* Loader, TOAD, Putty, Xming
• Strong expertise in developing the reports using XML Publisher.
• Strong experience in compilation of user requirements and technical design documents (Data Dictionary, System Design Specifications, User Guide and Testing Scripts).
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to work as a team leader, member and individually on highly demanding and critical systems. Will require planning, executing, monitoring and reporting on activities to a designated Team Leader or Head of Department. 
• Ability to deliver tasks within agreed budget, time, scope and quality.
• Ability to prepare and execute training for internal and external customers.
• Ability to work on Change requests for the issues encountered in the existing process.
• Oracle Certified Professional Developer.
• Strong experience in tuning complex applications

• Experience in Data Migration and Data Cleaning activities will be added advantage.
• Development experience in Oracle APEX will be an advantage.
• Good analytical abilities & zeal to learn new Technologies.
• Good communication skills and excellent team player.
• Worked over with many clients and have good client facing experience
