Job Title: Secretary to General Manager
Job Location: Oman
Job Type: 2 years renewable contract, Single status

Prime Function and Responsibilities:
Manage the diary of GM to ensure efficient utilization of his time.
Scrutinize, prioritize and arrange documents, emails and messages etc. to ensure urgent matters are attended to by the G.M. in a timely and need based manner.
Coordinate & liaise with high profile internal & external individuals, agencies, committees to make certain that all meetings take place as scheduled.
Prepare agendas for meetings and keep minutes of high level internal senior management meetings to ensure actionable items are followed through or implemented as discussed
Qualifications required:
Secretarial diploma or University degree;
5 years experience in similar level - at least 2 years in a senior management office (GM or above);
Proficient in computer office applications MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point & Office management skills
Fluent written & spoken English & Arabic;
Pleasant personality, Diplomacy & discretion
Excellent inter-personal skills and assertive.
