IT Auditor for Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Conduct IT audits and any related tasks under the supervision of the Head of IT Audit.
Maintain an adequate, up to date level of knowledge of current and emerging IT applications, systems and infrastructure.

Maintain an adequate level of knowledge of hospital operations.
Revise IT Audit documentation to reflect changes in the hospital’s IT environment.
Perform any ad-hoc IT projects as directed by the Chief Auditor or the Head of IT Audit.
Develop, maintain and document audit enquiry programs as required.
Evaluate PC applications for Audit Department use.
Writing test plans and scripts for tracking defects in software application development, information systems, and operations systems.

Apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate IT processes through careful testing in order to maximize the benefit of Company’s investments in IT initiatives.
Develop and establish quality assurance measures and testing standards for new applications, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout their development/product lifecycles.
Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in IT systems and projects across the organization.
Analyse documentation and technical specifications of any new application under deployment or consideration to determine its intended functionality.
Operational Management • Create and execute test plans and scripts that will determine optimal application performance according to specifications.
Verify and revise quality assurance standards as needed.
Ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify existing or potential issues.
Collaborate with software/systems personnel in application testing, such as system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing methods.
Make recommendations for improvement of applications to programmers and software developers or engineers.

Test any new software to ensure integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and technical specifications.
Analyze formal test results in order to discover and report any defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues, and interoperability flaws.
Assist in the development of change control processes, practices, and guidelines for new and existing technologies.

Participate in developing, distributing, and coordinating in-depth end-user reviews for modified and new systems or applications at the Company.
Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of quality assurance best practices.
Schedule periodic process review session to find the gaps and amend.
Liaise with Company’s compliance/auditors and co-ordinate Company’s Information Governance policy.

Skills

EDUCATION
• University degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent or CISA.

EXPERIENCE FIELDS 
• Strong knowledge of the Information Technology Quality Assurance/Control and international best practices for the support and delivery of IT services.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 
• At least 3 years of working experience in overseeing the design, development, implementation of quality assurance standards for software testing and control.
• Strong knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies.

SALARY RANGE
SAR 8,000-9,000 + Double Bed Accomodation + medical coverage for family and two children + 30 annual leaves along with return ticket.
