Experience: 4 - 9 yrs
- The Estimation Engineer is responsible for the handling the preparation of techno-commercial offer against the enquiries for the requirement of services from the clients. The Estimation Engineer will be under the direction of the Techno-Commercial Manager and responsible for but not limited to:
- Management of enquiry
o Receiving
o Reviewing
o Providing Feedback/ approval with detailed technical clarification
o Acknowledging
- Preparation of offer
o Analyzing the RFQ in both aspect technically and commercially
o Verifying the offer from supplier/ subcontractor technically and commercially
o Estimation
o Techno- commercial offer preparation
o Approval of draft
o Issuance to the client
o Follow up
- Involvement in the negotiation with coordination of line manager
- Management of database for supplier/ subcontractor
- Order management upon receipt of order confirmation
o Review of the order
o Feedback/ approval
o Handover to the relevant project manager
- Scrutiny of tender documents
- Evaluating tender documents, drawing & schedules
- Floating enquiries to suppliers/ subcontractor/ manufacturers
- Comparison studies based on supplier/ subcontractor quotation
- Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects
- Maintaining ISO documentation, record keeping, suppliers/manufacturers/ subcontractors data bank records
- Preparation of pre-qualification documents
- In addition the candidate shall be able to analyze and upgrade the system/ procedure whenever and wherever required.
- Comply each and every activity with QHSE rules and regulation and as well as policy of the company.
