- REPORTING TO DIRECTOR - COMMERCIAL
Explore marketing opportunities and promote Dry docks in the targeted segments.
Conduct market research through publications and contacts to generate new business enquiries and new clients for the company
Develop Marketing Plans.
Marketing visits and to obtain feedback from clients, prepare report and present for Management review and implementation of corrective actions.
Work close with colleagues in the yard who are interacting with clients to identify any new business opportunities and collate feedback, analyse and prepare report to the Management review.
Prepare general and specific pitch packs
Come up with creative ideas to improve overall branding and business
Support and attend Exhibition / Marketing events.
Develop and update Marketing material / Yard presentations continuously including web site.
Prepare, analyse and submit monthly, quarterly and yearly report of the yard business as required by Management with a view to assess performance and as well to develop new strategies to improve business potential.
Support and provide required services to clients at the shipyard during their visits
Ensure that the Safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed.
Perform other job related duties as assigned by the section head

- Degree in Naval Architecture / Marine Engineering/Mechanical Engineering field along with marketing experience in a large ship yard or offshore company catering to offshore market.
Substantial experience and knowledge of EPC Contractors, Oil Companies and Customers worldwide.
Established contacts with EPC Contractors, Oil Companies and Customers worldwide.
Self-motivated, creative, passionate in marketing, pleasant personality and ability to mingle among different nationalities and different cultures.
Good knowledge of Commercial aspects of Marine and Energy Industry.
Good analytical capabilities to prepare and analyse customer and market information.
Good command in English Language with Computer literacy and presenting and written skills
- 10+ years experience
Having family status with an attractive remuneration package with allowances for accommodation, transport, medical care and annual holidays
