HVAC Technician
Education : Minimum three years diploma in mechanical engineering technology with refrigeration & air conditioning specialty.
Experience : For technicians, minimum four years actual hands on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, & repair in one or more of the following systems:-
1. Mechanical & control of air cooled or water cooled positive displacement chillers (Reciprocating, Screw, or scroll)
2. Mechanical & control of water cooled centrifugal chillers.
3. Mechanical & control of large ducted split and ackage units.
4. HVAC control systems (Honeywell, Stefa, Landis & Gyr, Siemens, etc.).
Age : 25 to 40 years for technician.
Language : Good command in English language
4+ years experience
Senior QA/QC Civil Engineers
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Applicant must have B.S in Engineering or in related field
Min 5 yrs work exp. In building CONSTRUCTION
Having knowledge of international standards and codies related to construction works.Competent in MS office Applications
Fluent in English language and capable to prepare reports
Having QA/QC experience would be an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise all related works installation and report progess of workPlan & Control the inspection & Testing of all installation, equipment and systemsWitness Testing, commissioning and handover of all Systems to clientReview Shop drawings and Vendor drawings for compliance with Contract Documents.Review Materials submittals for compliance with Contract DocumentsImplement the project Quality Assurance Plan
Review as built drawings of executed installations.
