METRO EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY
Electrical or Mechanical engineer having extensive knowledge of MEP works (Electrical, HVAC, Fire fighting, plumbing, Fire alarm, BMS etc) and sequencing of activities. Prepare Construction/ Coordination programmes based on project requirements. Metro works experience is desirable.
Make sub schedule, communicate agreed program and coordination schedules with project team. Ensuring that works take place as per agreed schedule .Coordinate and integrate sub-contractors with the project programmes and ensure compliance with the programme requirements. Maintain documentation and records on regular basis the as built records of planned site progress against actual site progress.
Regularly update the project programmes as per the actual site status/ records. Advise concerned in charges of progress slippages to activities for corrective action to be taken. Any other tasks assigned by Planning and Project Manager (audit , presentation etc.) .Attend Progress and other relevant Meetings as advised by the Project Manager. Will also be responsible for the electrical, mechanical and civil interfaces in metro passenger stations, depots, tunnels & viaducts. Responsibility includes taking care of all constructional & design related interfaces with all the parties working in metro.

Min 6 yrs in Exp as QS Engineer in Metro Rail - Metro and should have knowledge in Underground, Via Duct, At Grade, Launching Girder) , Heavy Civil Infra Structure, Road & Bridges.
MEP QA/QC ENGINEER
Min 6 yrs in Exp as MEP QA QC Engineer in Metro Rail – Metro. Must have experience in Metro Rail and should have knowledge in Underground, Via Duct, At Grade, Launching Girder , Heavy Civil Infra Structure, Road & Bridges.
MEP Planning Manager / MEP Planning Engineer
1. Electrical or Mechanical engineer with 15 years of experience and depth of expertise in handling of mega MEP projects which includes all trades of MEP (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire alarm, BMS, etc.). Experience in metro works is desirable.
2. Preparation of overall budget in line with the company strategy and facilitating to meet targets. The responsibility also involves determining the bottom line of projects under construction, controlling and monitoring the budget.
3. Development of DetailedProject BaselineSchedule with resource loading, Short term schedules performing critical path analysis, development of procedures to improve the adequacy & efficiency of the schedule. Create and maintain project plan and work breakdown structure.
4. Cost control & Cost estimation. Providing estimate for changes and additional works as and when asked for.
5. Shall be responsible for raising invoice based on agreed payment schedule with client.
6. MIS & preparation of periodic reports for management including status of budgets, changes, claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities, safety&quality records, progress, target, short fall etc.
7. Shall be responsible for handling all variation & claim to and from client/ subcontractor/vendor. Ensuring complete documentation is carried out.
8. Development of project procurement schedule, sub-contracting schedule, Man-power schedule, Equipment, Plant and machinery schedule and tracking of the same.
9. Analyzing drawings, specifications and technical reports of work in the preparation of BOQ, method statement and work quantity execution schedule.
10. Review the coordination of MEP services with Architect and Civils/Structures.
11. Provide support for the administration of contracts including scope of works &contract preparation, and correspondence, maintaining project data.
12. Perform project progress monitoring duties including design development, identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts with progress achieved to date& developing catch up plan.
13. Preparing Daily Progress Reports, Weekly Progress Reports, Monthly Project Report, three months Look ahead Programs ,Project progress variance reports to be submitted to the client.
14. Provide timely input to project planning team.
15. Periodic reviewing & monitoring the progress of the project including design for ensuring completion of project within the scheduled time and cost parameters.
16. Interacts with the working contractor and render advice on schedule, fronts,design & progress.
17. Shall be responsible for conducting site visit, briefings, meeting with various agencies.
18. Shall be responsible for all correspondence with client/ subcontractor/ others and ensure that letters are adequately replied and own interest to be taken care.
19. Initiate correspondence to ensure that progress is maintained.
20. Hands on experience with Primavera and MS Project software.
Lifting Supervisors
-Diploma in Engineering with minimum 8 years in experience in Heavy Liftings with Metro Rail (Underground, Via Duct, At Grade, Launching Girder), Heavy Civil Infra Structure, Road & Bridges, oil & gas , Petro Chemicals etc.
-Only TUV, BV & Veloci Certified as Lifting Supervisors
Min 8 yrs in Exp in Heavy Liftings with Metro Rail - ( Underground, Via Duct, At Grade, Launching Girder) , Heavy Civil Infra Structure, Road & Bridges, oil & gas , Petro Chemicals etc). Candidate should have Diploma either in Mechanical or Elctrical. Age should not be more than 40 years. Must have Indian valid passport (minimum validity one year).
MEP Incharge/ MEP Manager/ MEP Site Engineer
Closely collaborates with the Project Manager (MEP) in planning, directing, coordinating, budgeting, monitoring, controlling, executing and exercising functional authority for all, and closing of the projects within his area of assigned authority. Participatein the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation. Act as Project In Charge during absence of the Project Manager
Principal Accountabilities
Plan, direct, coordinate, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction.
Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines, coordinate and supervise the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, making sure that the project gets done on time and within budget.
Schedule and coordinate all design and construction processes, including the selection, hiring, and oversight of specialty trade contractors.
Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
Oversee the performance of all construction supervisors and all trade contractors and are responsible for ensuring that all work is completed on schedule
Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Directs and monitor the progress of construction activities, sometimes through construction supervisors.
Oversee the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment; workers productivity and safety; and the quality of construction.
Responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses and, depending upon the contractual arrangements, direct or monitor compliance with building and safety codes, other regulations, and requirements set by the projects insurers.
Work in accordance with safety rules and policies.
Communications and Working Relationships
Reports to Project Manager MEP on project progress and any high-level issues
Interacts with MEP Project Engineers, MEP Construction Supervisors to resolve any site construction issues
Interacts with the entire project organization on a daily basis
Interacts, when needed, with visitors on site
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
Bachelor /Masters Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university or colleges
With Minimum 12 years experience in the MEP (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting) constructions specifically with Industrial, commercial and residential Building works, in the GCC, preferably in Saudi Arabia
Has been responsible for major construction projects in excess of SAR 1 billion.
Middle East management experience of minimum 8 As Construction Manager is considered essential
PMP Certificate
MS Project, Primavera, MS Office, Internet and other Engineering Software will be an advantage
Very good command of English language, both written and spoken
Effective oral and written communication
