QC Technician for Al Fanar, Saudi Arabia (FREE Recruitment)

QC Technician - MCB 

To perform Inspection activities to control the process and products as per the work instruction procedures and inspection plan. Record and document inspection results.
Candidate Must Have QC Experience in MCB division of Factories like Anchor, Panasonic Legrand etc.
Inspect and Prepare daily inspection reports for production line.
Test bench handling, calibration, maintenance and periodic inspection for breaker test benches. 
Routine testing breakers in assembly line (related to breaker assembly, component inspection, molding inspection, Testing as per standard, Finished production inspection etc..)
To post material in SAP for in process and FG as per given check list. Record and document non-conformities. 
Rework and rejection data collection during assembly process. 
Report to QC Engineers for Assembly Process Defects / Raw material Defects.

Minimum Qualifications: Diploma

5+ years experience

QC Technician - Wiring Accessories
Carryout Inspection of raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, products as per laid down procedure/checklist/work instruction 
Candidate Must Have QC Experience in Wiring Accessories Division of Factories like Anchor, Panasonic Legrand etc.
Carryout Inspection of raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, products as per laid down procedure/checklist/work instruction 

Reporting non-conformity and preparation of necessary reports as per procedures. 
Carryout the disposition of non-conformity in consultation with Level D1/ C1 or above. 
Preparation of Inspection records for production process. 
Maintain good house-keeping of work area. 
Minimum Experience: 2.5 yrs
