- Good knowledge of all latest client OS like Windows 7,windows 8,linux,Mac etc.
- Require PC hardware support skill, Installing & configuration of Ms office &Troubleshoot various application like citrix and as per the requirements of clients.
- Provide first level support for server & networking issues.
- Installation and configuration of local and network printer.
- Basic troubleshooting of DHCP, Print Server & File Server.
- Preparing daily & monthly call report, closing calls etc.
- Handling Remote Desktop & Team viewer Calls.
- Keeping track of assets, maintaining database.
- Vendor co-ordination for replacement of the parts under warranty
- Minimum Two years experience in the field of hardware and networking
Good communication skill in English, with analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Must be willing to provide support 24 Hrs in seven day , as and when needed.
