The key KRA here would be :
1. At least 2.5 Yrs. Experience as a trainer in IT Infrastructure.(Must)
2. Should be able to conduct Retail and Corporate classes on Hardware & Networking.
3. Should have knowledge and experience of handling entire curriculum for certificate, degree and diploma classes.
4. Define the Strategy and Road-map in security related projects. 
5. Should have experience to train and mentor students of information security, et al for international certifications in Infrastructure.
6. Certifications (Preferred).
7. Must have rich experience of mentoring on Network Security and Information Assurance.
8. Should be able to design the structure for knowledge pattern.
9. Act as a leader within the company,
10. Manage the whole security domain.

Job Description : 
• Training on Systems Administration for Hardware and Network management, Network maintenance, Server configuration and maintenance etc.
• Training on Server 2003(AD,DHCP,DNS,GP,GPO,Desktop Sharing, NAT, PAT handling LAN and WAN) File / Directory Permissions, S2S vpn

Operating System and Software: RH Linux, Win NT 4.0, MS Exchange 5.5/2000/2003 Win2k3, Unix, Win Millennium, Win 2000 Server, Win 2000 Professional, 

Anti-virus (Any) : Norton Symantec and McAfee, Bugzilla on Win, Win 2003 Server, Kerio, Winroute Firewall, MDaemon Mail Server, IP Switch IMS, Backup-ArcServe, for NT, Veritas v8.0 and 10.0
