Labour Manager for Mercury MENA, Qatar

5+ years experience

To ensure that adequate and effective support is available to the management team. To manage the services required with maximum efficiency and expediency.

• Recruitment of Operatives - Overseas and Local
• Coordinate with various projects for allocation of operatives to sites.
• Coordinate with the project sites regarding the manpower requirements 
• Based on the Manpower requirements, organize the same in house or through manpower agencies 
• Maintain data base of the manpower suppliers and the rates per hour. 
• Coordinate with the Project Managers for Training Need Identification 
• Organize the Training required for the workers 
• Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, disposal of records. 
• Coordinate activities of various clerical departments or staff within the department. 
• Maintains contact with customers and outside vendors. 
• Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, personnel, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services. 
• Researches and develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow. 
• Reviews clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. 
• Prepares activities reports for guidance of management. 
• Updating procedures and manuals
