Marine Superintendent for Zirku Island, Abu Dhabi (UAE)

Will be required to act independently as MARINE SUPERINTENDENT at a large construction site, which is a OIL  Exploitation Project at ZIRKU ISLAND, Abu Dhabi. The Job Description is as follows :-


a. Make weekly/Monthly voyage planning and assign vessels.
b. Supervise the loading/discharge of cargo of each barge
c. Coordinating and controlling vessels departure/arrival in port with marine subcontractor
d. Check Seaworthiness after loading cargo
e. Monitor a daily/weekly weather forecast.
f. Review charter contracts
- At least Class II Certificate of marine officer
- Adequate training and hands on professional experience and be competent to act
- Focus on HSE priorities and lead a subcontractor for Safe Marine Operation
- At least 3 year experiences of Deck Officer
- 5 years relevant experience in Oil field such as a marine superintendent or supervisor related to fleet management and port operations activates.
- related UAE experience preferred
