- Develops the strategic product plan, develops the strategy and implements the tactics for the products under the responsibility of the Country Manager, in order to gain the best possible sales and to realize the product goals. For this purpose, the Product Manager/ Marketing Manager works in close collaboration with Sales team.
- Develop and implement an effective short and medium term marketing strategy in collaboration with the Country Manager and Sales team to achieve the maximum result with respect to the available resources
- Determine and manage the turnover and expenses to ensure accuracy in the planning process and follow-up
- Ensure realisation of promotional material according to internal and legal procedures in order to provide an effective sales tool
- Manage the participation at (inter)national congresses and organise local and national meetings to ensure product adherence and build consumer relationship
- Build and maintain relationships with target audiences pertinent to the business to obtain product adherence
- Gain product and marketing knowledge in order to become the product expert
- Candidate should be willing to relocate in Cambodia.
- Minimum 5 years of experience is required as Product / Marketing manager.
- Candidates with MBA marketing will be preferred.
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
