Experience: 15 - 20 years in similar role, preferably in General Management or Management Consultancy. Should have capability to collate, analyse business / finance data and bring out crucial insights. Should be self starter with an eye for details and a high level of business acumen. Should possess a high degree of analytical, communication, networking and computer skills.
Job Description:
The incumbent will report to the Functional Head and will be responsible for analysis / review of diversified business operations covering Automobiles, Trucks, Construction Equipment, Travel, Projects etc. The successful candidate will be involved in planning, implementation and review of business strategies and processes in a highly competitive and dynamic business environment.
The role will include but is not limited to:
Assist in periodic review of business operation and prepare key business reports for top management review.
Collate and analyse business data for top management review.
Create Performance Metrics for business units and generate key MIS on performance, productivity, operation / cost efficiencies.
Assist in review of business proposals.
Work closely with Business Unit heads to ensure continuous flow of key business data / information to the top management.
Preparation, analysis and review of strategic business plans.
Relationship building, maintenance and ongoing communication with key departments.
Identify and leverage on key corporate strengths which will be instrumental in business growth.
Coordinate key projects pertaining to Policy & Process, Business Expansions & Diversification etc, as and when required.
Direct client interview for the shortlisted candidates.
