Job Description:
SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER- BI
6-7 years of experience.
Microstrategy developer Extensive Microstrategy development hands on experience with Desktop, Architect, Intelligence Server, Report Services, Enterprise Reporting, OLAP provider, Data Mart and Web components.
Experience in Schema design and creating Schema objects using Star and Snowflake (Hierarchies, Attributes and Facts, Transformations).
Excellent experience in Microstrategy Report development, Report testing, Report tuning, Ad-hoc, scheduling report delivery and Alerts.
Extensive experience on all types of Microstrategy Filters, Prompts, Templates, Metrics, Consolidation and Custom Groups.
Experience in using Project Merge, Object Manager, and Enterprise Manager.
Excellent experience configuring VLDB properties to fine-tune reports.
Experience working in a structured, multi-person development environment.
Experience training non-technical users and providing customer support.
Experience in working with Teradata, Oracle as backend is preferred
