Vice Principal for Indian School in Al Maabela, Oman

Job Location : Al Maabela, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman 

The post holder will be responsible for the learning & teaching policy, practice and implementation, student development and assist in shaping and implementing the educational strategy of the school. 

Key responsibilities: 
• Embrace and encourage the ethos and standards of excellence as defined by the authorities, implement the school vision for quality linked with ISAMs expectation of excellence.
• Work closely with the Principal to establish effective and globally relevant practices of learning and teaching.
• Training the students for major school events /competitions.
• 
  
Qualification / Experience / Skills:
• Post Graduate in English/ Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry / Biology / Commerce with B.Ed
• Additional qualification will be of added value and given preference over other candidates
• Good Academic Knowledge in the subject matter and are expected to teach with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• The candidate must have good pedagogical skills.
• She/he must have good computer knowledge and experience in variety of digital/media / other modern teaching technologies.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Should be a good team player and must have good organization skills.
• Controlling day-to-day academic operations of the school.
• Developing new training programme & its related planning implementation & supervision.
