Domestic order fulfillment and coordination
Verify daily parts order report (picking list); Cross-check physical availability of parts with MTN's ( material Transfer note);
Understand emergency requirements from branches after cut off time ; Prioritise shipments depending on urgency; Hand over consignment to logistics for onward transportation to branches in order to meet parts requirements from branches.
Group Sales order fulfillment & coordination
Obtain picking list from SAP; Hand over list to pickers; Prepare work schedule for pickers & checkers; Deploy and monitor team in carrying out search and pick activities; Cross check accuracy of physical availability of parts with picking list; Prepare PGI (Post Goods Issue Note ) in the system for exports ; Supervise movement of consignment to correct loading bay in order to meet parts requirements from Group Sales.

Check stock in transit every week; Co-ordinate with branch parts; Reconcile discrepancies between physical and system stocks; Follow up with branch parts incharge for necessary updations of physical stock receipts; Obtain SED (Shortage/Excess/Damage) reports from branches; Check physical & book stocks; Carry out appropriate documentation to reconcile differences; Analyse causes; Guide team in minimising such instances in order to manage branch operations effectively
Binning lines / manhour
Generate IBD (Inbound Tracking sheet) report ; Prepare work schedule for inspection & binning teams; Monitor inspection & binning process;
Guide binners on correct binning locations; Create space for new lines if need be; Carry out binning audit to verify accuracy of binning; Carry out data entry ( Goods receipt Note) in order to complete binning activity on time.
Checking Productivity lines / manhour I/B
Update daily productivity report of team in system; Monitor individual productivity e.g. No. of lines binned, Quantity etc; Guide and coach employees in the team; Handle grievance issues in order to build a motivated team of employees.

Reduce the cancellation by assuring the perfect and correct binning, conduct the bin audit to identify and fix the errors

Identify damages in transit; Inform insurance agent in case of damages; Co-ordinate with insurance surveyor for physical inspection as need be; Prepare appropriate documents for insurance claim; Co-ordinate with accounts department; Obtain credit note; Complete necessary documentations in order to obtain insurance claims on time & safeguard company's assets.

The ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience in automobile parts warehouse operation. Should be well versed with Binning, picking, GRN, inbound and outbound parts operation in a large automobile company/dealership. SAP experience would be an added advantage.
He would be a part of the entire parts supply chain management. Candidates should have a valid passport and would be ready to relocate to middle east. Bachelors only need to apply.

Compensation: Very attractive tax free Basic salary in the range of Rs 40000-55000 per month +overtime+ furnished accommodation +Transportation+ Medical + Annual ticket + paid annual leave and other benefits. The position offers excellent tax free savings potential and a fantastic career growth.
