Assistant HR Manager for Midland Group, Nigeria

    Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organisation, as and when they occur.
    Provide information and reports on data such as manpower planning, recruitment, staff turnover, and cost to company, training hours per person, etc
    Conduct training needs analysis and designs and implement a training plan with input from Division Directors and manage costs to budget.
    Manage the manpower plan and co-ordinate recruitment throughout the region through management of an HR team.

    Manage any performance or grievance issues in a legally compliant and professional way.
    Monitor annual leave and sickness absence.
    Develop and manage internal communication mechanisms.
    Develop and ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant
    Ensure monthly payroll is completed accurately and to deadline.
    Oversight the Midland Groups administration operations.

    Set up, manage and develop a team of staff providing services in the Human Resource and Administration areas.
    Establish and maintain databases and systems necessary to support the region
    Promote the Midcom Group in the market place as an employer of choice.
