1. MECHANICAL ENGINEER 

5 to 10 years field engineering experience in Mechanical  systems in buildings preferably in Hospitals.  The engineer will be performing survey of all Mechanical systems in the hospital,  identify  and report  deficiencies,   initiate  work orders  to fix deficiencies,  Purchase  equipment, review specifications of equipment to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards, be familiar with codes and standards, perform code search, develop detailed reports of findings including statistical charts,   conduct   presentation    and   updated   reports,   closing   all   deficiencies    and   ensure   proper documentation.  Develop  work  schedules  and  timelines  and report  back  to management.  Develop  cost estimates. Good spoken and written English, experience in computer use including Microsoft office suite.

2. ELECTRICAL  ENGINEER  

5  to  10  years  field  engineering  experience  in  electrical  and  Fire detection  systems  in  buildings  preferably  in  Hospitals.   The  engineer  will  be  performing  survey  of  all electrical  systems  in  the  hospital,  conduct  load studies,  identify  and report  deficiencies,   initiate  work orders to fix deficiencies,  Purchase equipment,  review specifications  of equipment to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards, be familiar with codes and standards, perform code search, develop detailed reports of findings including statistical charts, conduct presentation and updated reports, closing all deficiencies and ensure proper documentation.  Develop work schedules and timelines and report back to management.  Develop cost estimates.  Good spoken and written English,  experience  in computer  use including Microsoft office suite.

3. FIRE PROTECTION ENGINEER 

5 to 10 years field engineering experience in Fire protection and detection  systems  in buildings preferably in Hospitals.   The engineer will be preforming  survey of all FP systems in the hospital, identify and report deficiencies,   initiate work orders to fix deficiencies, Purchase equipment,   review   specifications   of  equipment   to   ensure   compliance   with   applicable   codes   and standards, be familiar with codes and standards, perform code search, develop detailed reports of findings including statistical charts, conduct presentation  and updated reports, closing all deficiencies  and ensure proper documentation.  Develop work schedules and timelines and report back to management.  Develop cost estimates.  Good spoken and written English,  experience  in computer  use including Microsoft office suite.

4. PIPING/PLUMBING   ENGINEER  

5  to  10  years  field  engineering  experience  in  Piping  and Plumbing systems in buildings preferably in Hospitals.  The engineer will be performing survey of all Piping and  plumbing  systems  in  the  hospital,  identify  and  report  deficiencies,    initiate  work  orders  to  fix deficiencies,   Purchase   equipment,   review   specifications   of   equipment   to   ensure   compliance   with applicable  codes  and  standards,  be  familiar  with  codes  and  standards,  perform  code  search,  develop detailed reports of findings including statistical charts, conduct presentation and updated reports, closing all deficiencies and ensure proper documentation.  Develop work schedules and timelines and report back to management.  Develop cost estimates.  Good spoken and written English,  experience  in computer  use including Microsoft office suite.

5. PLANNER  

5 to 10 years’ experience  in developing  data, preparing planning  documents  and reports, analyze data, Update reports and documents,  researching and producing competent reports and producing  solutions  to  assigned  problems.  Keep  track  of  cost,  work  orders,  maintenance  tickets  and project schedule.  Good spoken and written English, experience in computer use including Microsoft office suite.

All Candidate  Must Have Degree  / diploma  with  6yrs – 15 yrs experience in Construction  Design  &  Hospitality   / Commercial  Building  Projects .
