1. SENIOR  ARCHITECT  

8 to 12 years  design  experience  to demonstrate  proficiency  in clinical processes across major inpatient and outpatient departments, Understand the differences in institutional, ambulatory,  and business  occupancy  environments,  Work with end users  to outline  process  flows  and critical adjacencies of clinical rooms, Understand and guide discussions on medical equipment needs, Lead the medical planning process within the design team to create department floor plan concepts reflective of  operations,   Manage  the  deliverables   for  the  medical  planning  team  within  the  greater  project deliverable schedule, Serve as the main point of contact for the client on planning issues, Mentor junior staff for depth and support of the specialized knowledge execution process.

2. ASSOCIATE  ARCHITECTS   

5  to  10  years  design  experience  to  conduct  strategic  analysis  of architecture  improvements,  models and new products. These analyses will be conducted  in liaison with other  architects,  customers,  management  and  third  party  suppliers,  Producing  architecture solutions/designs  for medium to large size/complexity/risk  projects, Providing expert technical assistance during design activities and to resolve issues ensuring design adherence, Participating in multi-disciplinary project  teams  to  provide  expert  knowledge.  Lead  medium/large  size/complexity/   system  risk  design reviews, Acting as resource to train and guide less senior architects, Participating in the review of existing implementation with the goal to further improve on the resilience, performance and maintainability of the infrastructure.

3. MECHANICAL ENGINEERS 

5 to 10 years’ experience in generating complex designs mostly related healthcare facilities.  The designer will be tasked to turn concepts and ideas into working assemblies and systems with independent  thinking.   Creates  layout  and detailed  design  HVAC according  to healthcare codes  and  engineering  requirements.    This  position  requires  the  designer  to  produce  (3D  modeling, assembly and orthogonal drawings) using CAD software like Microstation.

4. ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS 

5 to 10 years’ experience in designing power distribution, lighting, communication systems and grounding experience.  Also possessing the ability to plan and conduct work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard accepted methods. Also, have the ability to perform most assignments with instructions as to general  results  expected,  exercises  sound  judgment  to  resolve  problems,  but  may  receive  technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and solicit the approval of the project engineer for proposed design solutions.

5. CIVIL  ENGINEERS  

5  to 10  years’  experience  for  providing  engineering  design  support  to  the project  management  staff for retail,  office,  multifamily,  and industrial  development  projects,  preparing site plans, grading plans, drainage plans, drainage area maps, utility plans, traffic control plans, and similar plan sheets under the direction of Project Engineers and Project Managers, site development design, land development design, and/or plan and profile preparation for roads and utilities utilizing CAD software like Micro station.

6. ESTIMATORS  

5 to 10  years’  experience  for  compiling  estimates  of how  much  it will  cost  to provide a client or potential client with products or services. Working out how much a project is likely to cost and create budgets accordingly.  The job involves assessing material,  labor and equipment  required and analyzing different quotes from sub-contractors  and suppliers. An estimator might work from a bill of quantities (the document outlining the basics of the work to be done) or just a set of drawings from the client. Estimators provide prices for everything from a one-off scheme.

7. DRAFTSMAN  

5 to 10 years’  experience  to create technical  (2D & 3D) drawings  based on given specifications  and calculations.  Draftsmen  typically  work  with professionals  in their field, such as architects  and  engineers,  who  provide  the  product  or  structure's  details.  The  draftsman  incorporates these specifications  into drawings.  Often,  draftsmen  use CADD  systems  to create,  save and  view  their
