- Responsibilities:
Involvement on a strategic level; from Requirements gathering to conducting Gap analysis
Full-cycle technical implementation for enterprise customer accounts
Manage the product quality testing for individual accounts and ensures customer configuration meets quality standards before release to customer
Ongoing maintenance and support of individual accounts - the execution of maintenance checks and resolution of support tickets
Keeps track of product upgrades for customer accounts
Communicates effectively with managers, technical, and non-technical personnel at all levels
Estimation, Scheduling and Resource Planning; Drives priorities and deadlines to completion
Maintains project documentation on a weekly basis for all assigned customers
Effectively communicates and escalates issues, roadblocks, and risks to management while maintaining responsibility for their resolution
Raises awareness and knowledge of technical product portfolio throughout Operations to continue to improve development of implementation and support methodologies
Requirement
Computer science degree or comparable work experience
Ideal candidates would have at least 3-5 years experience in project management of web projects, extensive exposure to the software development life cycle, the ability to work well in an evolving and fast paced environment, expertise in all aspects of MS Project and MS office, excellent problem solving skills and extremely strong communication and analytical skills.
It is critical that the candidate have managed web projects.
It is a clear advantage if they have managed mobile development
projects as well and if they have worked with remote teams, in Asia and nationally in the US.
A minimum of 2 - 3 years in client-facing software implementation engagements
Well-organized, self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player: effectively able to drive execution and own responsibility for overall success of implementations
Must be have both technical proficiency and customer-facing skills
