IT Recruiter for Malaysia

Job Responsibilities/ Requirements: 

  • Responsible for closing all positions within time and with high quality candidates. 
  • Managing complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing, drafting job description to on-boarding. 
  • Working on multiple IT technical requirements in coordination with technical panel and hiring team 
  • Regular follow-up throughout the hiring process and ownership at all stages. 
  • Observing the work patterns and be ready for the upcoming challenges and opportunities. 
  • Maintaining data base of job aspirants and strong relationship building with them. 
  • Maintaining daily/ weekly and monthly reports and MIS. 
  • Must have good understanding of Technical recruitment. 
  • Must have good understanding of IT Skills. 
  • Good interviewing skills of technical candidates. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. 
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate salaries and wages. 
  • Ability to hire for different positions like Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Permanent Placements. 
  • High energy level, self-starter. 
  • Must have Excellent Sourcing skills - Head Hunting, Mapping, Networking, Referrals, Social Websites, Portals, etc..

3+ years experience
    Do you have what it takes to recruit IT Contract Roles (CWF, Staff Augmentation)? 
    Have you been energetic enough to place 5 7 positions per month?
