1. Pipefitter

Repair and maintenance of piping systems including valves, heat exchanger and all kinds of static equipment (High Pressue Equipment)
In this position the incumbent is considered to have exposure in all elements and components of piping system, all types of industrial valves maintenance and testing and maintenance of static equipments (High Pressure equipment including Breech-Lock Exchanger).

Job Description:

1. Knowledge of Reading of P&ID, Isometrics & Piping Class.
2. Selection of gaskets, studs, lubricants etc. Suitable for the jobs.
3. Bolt torqueing/tensioning of RTJ flanges (up to 4" size)
4. Repair & Hydro testing of Isolation Valves/NRV/Globe Valves
(Pressure Seal High Pressure Valves)

Qualifications: 1. Certification of Vocational Training - Pipe Fitter
2. Fluent in English (Oral & written communication)

Desirable : 1. Working knowledge in SAP

Experience : Min 10 yrs experience

2. Mechanical Foreman 

Scope: In this position the incumbent is considered to have exposure in all elements and components of rotating equipment such as flushing and cooling plans, mechanical seal systems, dry gas seal system, lubrication loops.

Responsibilities: 1. Knowledge of Reading of P&ID, Isometrics & Piping Class,
Sectional Drawing, Production Drawing etc.

2. Hands on Working experience in the following equipment (High
Pressure System) :

Qualification
1 Diploma In Mechanical Engineering
2. Fluent in English (Oral & written communication)

. Experience: Minimum 15 Years experience in the grade of Supervisor in Oil & Gas or Petro-chemical Industries. Should have worked in High Pressure Equipment.

3. Mechanical Technician

1. Knowledge of Reading of P&ID, Isometrics & Piping Class,
Sectional Drawing, Production Drawing etc.

2. Hands on Working experience in the following equipment (High
Pressure System)

Qualification: Diploma Mechanical

4. Electrical Foreman

In this position the incumbent is considered to have exposure in all elements and components of electrical systems such as reading loops, interlocks, wirings, cablings, protections etc, related to High Voltage Electrical system

1. Knowledge in Reading of Wiring diagrams, loop diagrams,
protection system/interlock protocol etc.

2. Pre-commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up of Electrical
Equipment and Sub-Stations.

4. Experience in Maintenance of HV, MV & LV motors & MCC,
Transformers, Switch gears, Circuit Breakers, Relays, Battery
Banks, UPS system etc.

5. Experienced in LOTO procedures.

1 Diploma In Electrical Engineering

Min 15 years exp, needed

5. Instrument Foreman

In this position the incumbent is considered to have exposure in all elements and components of instrument systems such as reading loops, interlocks, wirings, cablings, protections etc

1. Knowledge in Reading of Wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, protection system/interlock protocol etc.

2. Pre-commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up of Petrochemical/Petroleum/Chemical Industry.

4. Experience in Maintenance, testing and calibration of indicators, transmitters, recorders & controllers (Electronic & pneumatic instruments).

5. Well versed with ESD, PLC, SCADA, DCS systems

Qualification1. Diploma In Instrumentation/Electronic Engineering
2. Fluent in English (Oral & written communication)

Desirable : 1. Working knowledge in SAP

Min Exp : 15 years

6 . Material Engineer 

In this position the incumbent is considered to have exposure in all elements and components of Mechanical Equipment pertaining to High pressure process equipment & systems.

1. Knowledge about the Operational Spare Parts, Insurance Spares,
Commissioning Spares, Capital Equipment etc.

2. Reading BOM / SPDP and initiate PR through SAP system.

3. Technical Review of Quotation.

Qualification: 1. Diploma In Engineering
2. Fluent in English (Oral & written communication)

Desirable : 1. Working knowledge in SAP

. Minimum 10 Years Experience

7. Planner

In this position the incumbent is considered to have exposure in all elements of Planning & Scheduling Phases of Commissioning & Start-up activities

1. Plans and prepares schedules for commissioning & start-up systems and sub- systems. This includes Master baseline plan consisting of EPS, OBS, WBS, Roles & Responsibilities, Risks, Mile Stones, Earned Value Calculation, DOC attachments, Resource Loading, Time sheet loading, Relationship fixing, Crashing etc.

2.Draws up master/discipline schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet client forecasted master schedule.
3. Updates client through client accepted/ sponsored software.

4. Analyzes commissioning and start-up data and performs mathematical calculations to determine material, tools, and human resource requirements for the schedule.

6. Planner/Scheduler confers with Client & Construction Company management to determine status of projects.

Qualification: 1. Degree In Engineering

Desirable : 1. Working knowledge in SAP

Min : 10 years

8. Scheduler

In this position the incumbent is considered to have exposure in all elements of Planning & Scheduling Phases of Commissioning & Start-up activities

1. Plans and prepares schedules for commissioning & start-up systems and sub- systems. 9. Foreman

Program, coordinate, evaluate and control the implementation of operational activities in an area, in accordance with the directions of the Operations Management. Direct activities of the shift operating team to ensure the operating instructions and procedures are implemented and operating targets are achieved over the shift period.
10+ years of experience in Refinery Management/ Operations, of which at least 5 years in a Supervisory position.
Strong knowledge of the Refinery operations.
Strong knowledge of production systems operations and maintenance

10. Lab Chemist:

Minimum 10 years experience in Petroleum Refining Laboratory, particularly in Lube oil testing. Ability to supervise and interact with a multi-skill and multi-national work force in support of refinery operations. Comprehensive written and verbal english skill required
Qualification: Bachelor Chemistry
