Roles & Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management
Customer Complaint & Feedback Management
Working as a pool between the Client & the Team (Inter/Intra Dept)
Finding the apt schedule, best suitable for student & tutors to schedule the Live Session Flawlessly
To play hard with time table & schedules to keep a close eye on day to day Business Operations at Centre
To work on daily & weekly reports to finalize the tutors performance
Preparing Tutors payment & sorting the issues in monthly payment to Freelance Tutor pools
Single handedly managing the whole day to day activity/sessions/students concerns/Tutors concern & finding the best possible solution

Skills Needed:
