Core Network Engineer - Systems and Network

Data Center management including Systems, Networks and Power setup for Data Center.

Strong knowledge, know-how and experience on Linux/Unix systems to be able to manage, implement new systems and manage, optimize existing.

Strong knowledge, know-how and experience in Networking including but not limited to Cisco (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE etc.), BGP, MPLS, OSPF and various other networking protocols and routers, devices like Mikrotik, Juniper etc. to be able to implement new technologies, networks and optimize existing.

Mikrotik, Cisco Switches, Routers and other networking devices.

Systems like Mail Servers on various Operating Systems (Linux, Windows etc.), DNS, RFCs, NMS, Monitoring Systems.

Firewall, Security, UTM devices like Fortigate, Cyberoam, Juniper, Cisco ASA/PIX etc.
Operating Systems, Domain Controllers etc.

Databases, Radius systems, Hotspots, Monitoring systems like Cacti, Nagios etc.
Bandwidth Managers.

Record of outstanding success at one or more organizations that prize innovation, development, collaboration, customer service, and results.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an ISP in a senior role.

Strong leadership, project management, time management, and problem solving skills

High command of verbal and written English.

Open minded, mentally flexible and perceptive.

Access Network Engineer - Fiber
Plan, Design, Build, Implement, Test, Troubleshoot, Optimize network(s) on Fiber Technologies (Active, Passive/PON/FTTX etc.)

Manage, Optimize, Document existing Fiber and Access Network / Infrastructure and work towards 100% uptime for service delivery

Integrate Access Network with Core Network and backbone on various technologies for service delivery

Fiber Optic laying, stripping, splicing, cleaving, recoating, dressing, cleaning, hand soldering, harness, PCB Assembly

Competent and experience with various Fiber Optics technologies and know how on measuring, diagnostic tools, equipment to install, troubleshoot, monitor, design and optimize. Using various equipment for trenching, splicing, OTDR, Oscilloscopes, Function Generators, DMM, Spectrum Analyzers

Site visits, Maintenance of Base Stations / Point of Presence and full infrastructure 

Keeping abreast of developments and changes in technologies in Fiber Optics and Access Networks, research and development, implementation of new technologies and work towards efficiency, reliability and growth

FOA Fiber Certifications demonstrating knowledge of planning, designing, architectures, testing, managing, installations, FTTX and PONs.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an ISP in a senior role.
Excellent manual dexterity and visual acuity, high attention to detail.

Ability to use technical terms to communicate verbally and in writing.

High command of verbal and written English.

Skill using MS-Office and SolidWorks, Autocad is a plus.
