We are hiring Administration Manager for one of the renowned Group Companies at Qatar.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Manage and supervise all employees working in the Administration department
Responsible for smooth running of Staff & Labour accommodations at various locations
· Dealing with issues related Municipality, Environment, Police etc. as per Camp, Project requirements & at Corporate Office at Doha.
Ensure all Legal requirements are updated and adhered . (CR, Municipality License, Chamber certificate, CTC, Name Board, Clinic approvals certificates, etc.)
Identify buildings, flats and lands as per requirements of the Company and execute & renew lease agreements.
Maintaining files and documents related ISO – related to Administration Dept.
Ensure Housekeeping, Cleanliness, Waste disposal, Security issues at Head Office, Staff & Labour Accommodation and Project sites/Offices.
PRO Management
Maintaining good public relation with outside agencies viz. Indian Embassy, Municipalities, Environment, Police, other Statutory Agencies, etc.
Prepare statistical reports on camp expenses and other accommodation & administrative expenses and take measures to control it.
· Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
Experience in outsourcing administrative functions.
Any other work as and when assigned from time to time by the Management
Minimum Requirements
· Qualification ( MBA- Operations/Administration)
· Min 5 years experience in GCC.
· Overall 15 years of experience ( Age- 40-45).
· Arabic speaking and reading is an added advantage.
· Preferred Industry : Construction
