PARADISE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT LTD is a fast expanding and diversified company involved in property development, interiors refurbishments, and building construction material supplies. We are a company operating in PNG for the last 18+ years, and the Company is owned and operated by professional NRIs. The Company has three diversified yet closely connected business activities, viz. PARADISE INTERIORS, PARADISE HARDWARE and PARADISE RUMANNA. PARADISE INTERIORS carry out complete range of interiors design and refurbishment projects for commercial as well as residential properties; and have carried out a number of prestigious projects for coveted clients. PARADISE HARDWARE supply full range of building construction and hardware materials.PARADISE RUMANNA is the Company's arm which in involved in property development and property investments.

General Manager - Sales


  • Responsible for the overall management of the Profit Centre
  • Responsible for leading a team of about 30 personnel from different functional areas. 
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills essential
  • To be able to contribute to the marketing and sales functions of the Company.

5+ years experience

IT Programmer
    IT Programmer with Accounting Knowledge

    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for Office & Accounting Automation of a 20+ users network; 
    • Development & Implementation of an Accounting Software, and Training the users; 
    • Configuring & Maintaining the Network & Hardware and other day-to-do activities of the Accounts Dept as well as IT functions.

    3+ years experience


    Project Manager


    • Responsible for Construction and Maintenance projects. 
    • Should have thorough knowledge & capability to manage all aspects of designing and construction of mid size towers (three / four storey buildings). 
    • Proven track record of successfully managing similar projects is essential.

    5+ years experience

    Inventory Administrator

    Responsible for complete inventory management, for interior refurbishment products and building construction & hardware materials. 

    While successful track record in inventory controls is essential, exposure to building construction materials will be an added advantage.

    3+ years experience

    Curtain Sewing Supervisor

    Responsible for leading a team of curtain sewers and other interiors refurbishment tradesmen (wall coverings and floor coverings). 

    Hands-on experience in sewing, fabricating and installing as well as ability to train & supervise is essential.

    5+ years experience
    Compensation package (including air fares, accommodation etc) commensurate with the qualifications & experience would be offered to the deserving candidates.
