      Bakery Chef
          To supervise the day-to-day operation of section sub-section All the Bread And Croissant And food production and communicates to the Section Chef any relevant information. 
          To control and analyze, on an on-going basis the level of the following:
          Issuing of food
          Quality and presentation of food products
          Condition and cleanliness of facilities and equipment
          Guest satisfaction
          5+ years experience
          Demi Chef - Cold Kitchen
            1- To be responsible for coordinating and participating in the preparation of mise-en-place and cooking of a-la-minute orders.
            2- To make sure that the refrigerator of his section is clean and tidy.
            3- To be responsible for the section of the Chef de Partie during his absence.
            4- To check the food presentation, decoration and presentation.
            5- To see that everyone in the section uses kitchen utensils properly.
            6- To participate in cleaning of all utensils, cooking equipment and ensure cleanliness of cold room.
            8+ years experience
            Demi Chef - Hot Kitchen
            To be responsible for the section of the Chef de Partie during his absence.
            To check the food presentation, decoration and presentation.
            To see that everyone in the section uses kitchen utensils properly.
            To participate in cleaning of all utensils, cooking equipment and ensure cleanliness of cold room.
