- Preparation & Execution of Annual Business plans
- Vendor Management : Sourcing , Negotiations , promo planning (Coordination with Vendors, logistics and other teams for timely production and delivery)
- New business expansion
- Managing Pricing : GP monitoring , pricing , promotion (Level pricing on the basis of whole sale / retail)
- Sales and Inventory Management :
- Complete assortment of merchandizing of items.
- Monitoring of sales and controls on markdown sale.
- Space Productivity: maximizing per sq ft sales, Maintaining Stock Turnover Ratio and approving layouts.
- Finalization and approving Plano grams for display.
- Visiting stores (as and when required) for understanding region specific requirement and getting inputs from sales team for better planning of merchandise.
- Man management skills
- Good Communication Skill
- He should be well informed about the current trends in the market and Customer taste.
- He should be interactive and should maintain good inter-personal relationship with his co workers and customers.
- Ability to negotiate
- Should be able to think out of the box, innovative, and possess problem solving ability
