Head Chef for Maldives

Job objective: To produce meals and services within the required deadlines and to the company's set standards and customers satisfaction. To work within the catering operating budget using company nominated suppliers.

We need a chef with following criteria : 
  • who can make different kind of Biryani and some good gravies and with chicken and mutton 

  • Job placement in Maldives

  • His work hours are like 8 hours only cooking and then leaving it to the staff to sell it's ready made buriyani place.
  • For the start he will have to work seven days till we get a assistant cook

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plans menus for all food outlets in the club.
  • Schedules and coordinates the work of chefs, cooks and other kitchen employees to assure that food preparation
  • Economical and technically correct and within budgeted labor cost goals.
  • Approves the requisition of products and other necessary food supplies

  • Starting salary between 550usd to 700usd
  • Food accommodation
  • Visa air ticket provided
  • It's a 3 year contract
  • Everyday year we give 25 days holidays with return airticket
  • Salary will be increasing after 6 months
