Lawyer for GMS Leadership, Dubai (2 Years Experience)

We are a 25 years old, well reputed International Maritime company with offices in North America, China, Japan, Singapore and Dubai. Our group companies own, manage and trade a wide variety of ships.
Building on our proven track record, we have plans to expand our global footprint into new markets. Accordingly, we are looking for experienced, hardworking, ambitious and result driven individuals to join our team.
Due to our rapid expansion, we have an opening in our Dubai office .

1. Working experience in preparing, reviewing commercial, incorporation, employment agreements, SNP contracts, insurance, vendor agreements, financing/loan agreements etc.
2. Prepare and review service agreements in different jurisdictions and deal with tax exemption issues.
3. Develop company policy and position on legal issues.
4. Provide guidance that incorporates and balances both business objectives and legal risk.
5. Advise company on legal matters, including agreements, transactions, regulations, claims and litigation.
6. Assist senior legal staff as needed

BS degree in Law with reputed university.
2 years experience in related field is a PLUS.
Flexibility to adapt and thrive in an environment that is constantly expanding and changing.
A confident, effective and positive negotiator who can lead the process, focus on important issues, and efficiently bring deals to a favorable close.
Great written & verbal skills in English
Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
