- 1. Analyzes contractual commitments, and other data to plan and develop administrative programs and compliances.
2. Coordination among inter-department towards the achievement of organizational goal.
3. Employee relation.
4. Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
5. Responsible for maintaining data bank on staff/worker at site.
6. Resolves discrepancies in accordance to the local labour law and company policy.
7. Responsible for medical aids.
8. Responsible for Wages & Salaries.
9. Responsible for site office administration.
10. Looking after welfare activities at sites.
11. Responsible for staff/worker accommodation.
12. Liaison & coordination with various authorities (Labour dept., Police, Court, Medical authority etc.)
13. Sound knowledge of HR including the recruiting and thereafter process.
14. Attends meetings with Legal officials as and when required.
15. Coordination with R.O./Branch offices.
16. Performs related work as assigned.
- 17. PG in HR / Labour Welfare and Administration Management / Law / MBA (HR) with 7-15 Years of Experience in Construction Industry.
18. Must have Gulf Experience.
19. Proficient in reading and writing English / Arabic language.
20. Proven leadership skills in a construction site.
21. Served in the managerial role of a small to medium business company.
22. Proven decision making capabilities.
