Finance Controller for Makati, Philippines

We are currently looking for a Finance Controller for one of our client in Philippines who is one of the leading companies in the distribution and retail of international brand names of fashion accessories, with a special focus on Timepieces, Eyewear, Pens and leather accessories. 

Job Title: Finance Controller

Location: Makati City, Manila, Philippines

Job Purpose:

• Management and Supervision of the Accounting, Treasury & Finance Departments.
• Preparation and Analysis of Financial and Managerial Reports.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare Monthly Financial Reports, Quarterly Forecasts, and other KPIs on performance of the company, brands and different business channels. 
• Approve Disbursement Vouchers.
• Check / Negotiate Product Costs.
• Prepare Budget / Schedules.
• Project & Monitor Cash Flows. 
• Check audit reports & recommend enhancements to processes.
• Reconcile Bank Statements, Schedule of Fixed Assets, Employee Incentive Reports and other similar reports. 
• Reconcile Cash and Cash Equivalent accounts.
• Overlook shipment importation, costing and vendor reconciliation
• Overlook procurement 
• Prepare breakeven analysis for new projects. 
• Collaborate with the senior management team in executing strategies and process, accomplishing corporate goals and profitability for the company.
• Need an effective communicator & negotiator with strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. 

Candidate requirement:

• Experience of 4 to 6 years in Core accounting / Finance Management role.
• Candidate should have a degree in Commerce/accounting. MBA /CA /ICWA would be an advantage. 
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Willingness to work in an international location.
• Age 27 to 32 years. Preferred single.
• Employment Visa is for 3 years and we will look for a minimum commitment of 3 years.
