Lead HSE Engineer for QP Refinery, Qatar

Experience: 12 - 15 years   

Work Location: QP Refinery

Position: - Lead HSE Engineer

Graduate Engineer (Any discipline)

Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety Certification from professional body. NEBOSH IGC/ Diploma & IOSH.

Minimum 12 and above relevant EPIC projects and Shutdown in Oil & gas sector. 
Shall be capable of managing the implementation of HSE reqts. 
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of organization, training ability in incident prevention, ability to conduct incident investigations & identify underlying causes. 
Knowledge of health requirements, rules & regulations, ability to monitor compliance and identify ways of reducing environmental impact; ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English; conversant with techniques used in the management  of hazards and advising on suitable measures which can be used  for preventing  and ultimately recovering from accident situations. 
Develop HSE Plans & Procedures, conversant with HSE policies, standards & procedures including emergency procedures; hands-on practical/ technical experience in MS Office, Outlook. 
Ability to develop training presentations. Ability to speak multi-lingual languages.

Salary offered: Qrs. 4,500/per month + Overtime in excess of 8 hrs. per day (if required) + Qrs. 10/day as Site Allowance (if assigned in site) +free food, shared accommodation and transport + ticket (joining & after the duration of the contract).
