We are looking for HR Manager for Baghdad, Iraq.
Roles :
• Responsible for the complete recruitment process.
• Dealing with Central Bank of the Iraq as well as for the concerned regulator’s compliance in the HR department. Also handle the correspondence with the regulators.
• Handling confirmation process of the employee as well as the Full & Final settlement.
•Assisting the Management in developing and managing the performance appraisal process.
• Documentation of company’s policies and processes.
• Managing the employee leaves, insurance and visa related processes.
• Preparing monthly head count reports and sharing with Finance department for salary disbursement.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company vision, mission and the overall business strategy.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Conducting various analysis like training need identification, major defect area plotting and liaising with the training team to implement new and innovative training courses.
Experience: 4+ Years
